Nourishment and Rejuvenation Tonic 润肤养颜汤

• 养颜润肤，益精明目，
• 补气健肌, 防老抗衰。

材料(药材调理包):

• 西洋参,枸杞子,
• 首乌,特制汤料。

制作 :

• 全鸡1只或瘦肉适量,生姜1片,
• 调味盐和花凋酒少许。

1. 鸡或瘦肉洗净。
2. 药材调理包、和鸡或瘦肉一起置入砂锅或炖盅中。
3. 注入800ml 沸水，慢火炖上2至4小时。
4. 调味即可饮汤食料。

Cooking process:

• 1 whole Chicken or a portion of Lean Meat
• 1 slice of Ginger, pinch of Salt and
• 1 tsp of Hua Diao Wine.
